We really hope that you are happy with your order, but if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return the purchased good easy!

Please, inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately on  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How long have I to make a return? 

We have a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn or unused

For clothing unwashed

With tags, and in its original packaging

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

For hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be returned: underwear, bodysuits, jewelry, beauty items, event and party set-ups, DIY supplies, pet products, cosmetics and accessories (excluding bags, scarves, ). We cannot offer refunds for swimwear if the hygiene seal has been broken.

Are there any charges for return?

Shipping costs will be responsibility of the customer in case of buyer's remorse returns, such as an item didn't fit, didn't like the color, change your mind, order by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc. 

We will refund the cost of merchandise and shipping charges is the return is a result of our error or defective product 
  

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
